Deep Medical Record Review

• Pre-appointment review of all the applicable medical records you can gather by Rebecca.

• Think MRI, past labs, and specialist visit paperwork.

• We tell you what is needed! We know how much has been done.

You’ll get a complete picture of what has been done that was helpful or not (even if it didn't feel like it).

STEP 2

Back to Your Birth Day

Actually a bit further. We go all the way back to your mom's life and health when she was pregnant with you:

• 2.5 hour visit with Rebecca.
• Visit is in-person in Redmond, WA or virtual. Your choice!
• We go back, way back to the beginning of your life to discover hidden sources of current day struggles prior to digging deep into current health.
• Part therapy, part history, and a whole lot of helpful

This is a uniquely enlightening step. We adapt as needed if you have early life trauma. There is no forced sharing.

STEP 3

Fancy Labs

Immediate ordering of any labs missing for a formal diagnosis as well as genetic testing if needed

• Learn if you have risk of vascular type EDS 

• Obtain Genetic tests through Invitae to assess Connective Tissue Disorder risk (if needed)

You’ll finish this step aware of what your past and present lab investigation means.

STEP 4

Formal Diagnosing

This is where we solidify your diagnosis:

• You will know what your chief diagnosis is.
• You learn what other diagnosis tend to overlap.
• You will hear how these overlapping chronic issues can feel in your body (there will be soo many ah-hah moments).
• You will get a formal written diagnosis!
• You will get a plan to look into diagnosis further (and which not to bother with).

With all this you can feel relief, grief, processing, and begin learning to trust yourself and your body again.

STEP 5

Comprehensive Plan for Your Health

You will be returning home feeling validated and ready to continue improving your health.

• You get a multi-faceted written plan that addresses each area that needs improvement.

• Step-by-step we set your goals in order of importance to you.

• Written recommendations for supplements that address pain and fatigue.

You’ll finish with hope and an immense sense of validation!

STEP 6

Results Interpretation

Any labs ordered at the visit are interpreted and applied to your life and symptoms: 

• Know what abnormal labs mean when applied to you.

• Be reassured knowing your next steps.

• Written instructions for next direction based on your unique labs.

Having an expert order, examine and apply your results to your life gives them greater value! You receive written interpretation.
