Hope for Hypermobility:

A Self-Paced, Results-Oriented

Solution for Pain and Fatigue

Hi! I'm Rebecca-

a Nurse Practitioner and hypermobile human just like YOU.

I have combined my decades of research and personal expertise living in a complex body to build an easy-to-follow program that can help you reduce baseline pain and fatigue while getting your life back.

At the EDS Clinic, you don’t need to convince us of your symptoms–we already believe you. And while we understand that it is incredibly frustrating to go from doctor to doctor with seemingly no hope to diagnose or treat your myriad of symptoms, our goal is that with our programming you see the most impactful support for your symptoms that you ever have–even without needing a diagnosis.

This course was designed to help hypermobile folks access the support they need without having to wait for consult availability.

As one of the most sought-after spaces for Hypermobile Support, we wanted to build you a solution that could meet your needs for symptom relief as soon as possible. We didn’t have the appointment availability to treat everyone, so we build this community-oriented program to give you the same relief, at reduced cost, with the opportunity to connect with other Hypermobiles just like you–as well as get support from Rebecca directly (the only way to do so at this time is by joining the program).

This program is for you if:

✔ You have been diagnosed with hEDS/HSD, POTS, MCAS

or other related disorders and are seeking immediate, results-oriented symptom relief.

✔ You have not been diagnosed

but suspect you have hEDS/HSD, POTS, MCAS or other related symptoms. You don’t need to convince us–we already believe you. Our course can provide symptom relief bypassing the need for formal diagnosis.

✔ You want access to Rebecca

and have been wondering how you can make an appointment. The only way to get support from our medical team at this time is by starting with this program. But you’ll get monthly access to Open Clinic Hours with Rebecca to ask all your questions and for that you’ll never need an appointment.

✔ You’re desiring a supportive community

of other hypermobile folks who get it and are just like you.

✔ You’re neurodivergent

and long for an empathetic, easy-to-follow program to help you know how to treat your symptoms.

If you resonate with the above, our program was designed exclusively for you.

And we know it can help you decrease pain by 25% in as little as 60 days.

Here’s what you’ll learn in the program:

Discover how hypermobility impacts your body and your life, and find practical ways to address your stiff neck, tight shoulders, persistent headaches, and misaligned hips.

Learn how to recharge your body's energy so that you don’t have to pick and choose what events to show up to, and then spend days recovering.

Explore innovative approaches to being more comfortable in your body. This is not the boring or mainstream "go to PT, rest better, try this med" advice. You deserve so much better! We will give you step-by-step instructions to reduce baseline pain (clients can see pain reduction of 25% in 60 days).

Delve into the reasons behind your body's dysfunction and hear about effective ways to approach these symptoms so you can get to the bottom of why a body part hurts, and what can be done about it immediately and long term.

Discover valuable insights about your hypermobile body, including how adrenaline caused by poor balance and ongoing injuries keeps your hypermobile tissues in a constant state of fight mode. Learn how to reduce adrenaline levels, enabling your body to heal and achieve a peaceful state of existence.

Master the art of talking to healthcare professionals to make those clinic visits effective. We know it is exhausting meeting yet another new person to ask for help. This course will help you know exactly what to say to your healthcare professionals minimizing frustration and back-and-forth with your medical team.

Connect with Rebecca personally. Ask your questions and make sense of what is going on in your body, alongside others who truly understand your journey at Open Clinic Hours. These are once a month opportunities to connect and get customized support. (2nd Wednesday of every month at 12pm PST/4pm EST).

A note from Rebecca:

My life's journey is a tale of resilience, marked by heating pads, ice packs, and countless pain relievers (sound familiar?).

From childhood, I faced health challenges, from stomach issues to chronic pain. High school brought scoliosis and rashes, and college exacerbated wrist to shoulder strains and pains from constant work. Even childbirth didn't slow me down, though it reignited old pains. Eventually, a diagnosis of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) shed light on my lifelong struggles.

Armed with knowledge and deep motivation to address the symptoms that had become such a big part of my life, I delved into medical databases, advocating for myself until I received a proper diagnosis 18 years after my daily symptoms had begun.

But having a name for my condition didn't magically solve everything. I know from personal experience how relieving it can be to have a diagnosis. But I also know that you don’t need one to know that your symptoms are real and taking a toll on your life.

I still faced daily battles, misunderstood by many healthcare providers and unsupported by a system ill-equipped to handle complex cases like mine.

Despite the challenges, I refuse to let my condition define me. I've become a tireless advocate, both for myself and others with hypermobility. Through sharing my story and connecting with fellow sufferers, I've found strength in community.

But I also acknowledge the darker side of this journey, the fear, the uncertainty, and the moments of despair. I see you–brave on the good days and the more difficult ones.

Yet, amidst the struggles, there is hope. Hope for better understanding, better care, and a better quality of life for those like me. My vision is one of specialized care centers, where hypermobility is understood and treated with compassion and expertise.

You are not alone. You are not hopeless. Together, we can navigate this journey of hypermobility, one step at a time.

I built this course to be the best step you can take for symptom relief. I know you are used to going from doctor to doctor, paying copay after copay with little tangible support that makes a meaningful difference in your symptoms.

I promise you that this program material will be the best purchase you have made on your long journey to getting the solutions you’ve been seeking and deserve. Because I made what I would have needed all those years ago.

Currently, this is the best first step to working with me, as there are far more of you that need this kind of help than I could see in taking one-at-a-time appointments. So I am excited to support you and get to know you and your journey personally in our Open Clinic Hours once you’re inside the program.
