Are you fed up with appointments that lead to dead ends?  Have you felt invalidated by healthcare, family, or friends because of the invisibility or complexity of your health? Does it frustrate you that you find better information online than from specialists? Are you longing for recommendations with proven results?

The reality is, there's a lack of training in hypermobility, and the demand for experts far surpasses their availability. Our hope for hypermobility program bridges the gap between research and practical solutions so that you can live comfortably without information overwhelm.

Hello, I'm Rebecca Mass-Krajewski, a Medical Detective and Nurse Practitioner. When I embarked on my Hypermobile Odyssey, I faced a stark reality: there was no one there for me.

So, I decided to become the person I desperately needed.

Now, I find myself in a position where the demand for my expertise far exceeds what I can accommodate. Cloning myself isn't an option, and frankly, it doesn't sit well with me ethically. However, what I do have is an extensive knowledge base and skill set tailored to benefit individuals with complex chronic health issues like yours, and I have put them all in this program. You deserve access to someone who truly understands your struggles, someone who believes in you without needing further explanation. And that someone is me.

… And so much more

Navigating mainstream healthcare can be incredibly draining. Trust me, I understand. I spent decades doing it, but with no answers or progress. I believed the labels others gave me: overly sensitive, hypochondriac, unable to handle pain. No matter what I did—trying to relax, improve sleep, exercise, or change my diet—I found little relief. It felt like so much effort for such minimal improvement.

Mainstream healthcare often conveys the message that we're at fault, not putting in enough effort, or imagining our symptoms. For instance:

đź’« If you're neurodivergent, you're seen as disconnected from your body.

đź’« If you've experienced childhood trauma, you're deemed in need of more therapy.

💫  Despite normal test results, you're told you're perfectly fine.

If any of this sounds familiar to you...

You know your body best, and you always have. Right now you need help to see the patterns in this constellation of symptoms.

The Hope for Hypermobility program aims to shed light on the difficulties faced by those with hypermobility. It explores the array of symptoms and physiological changes that may seem puzzling at first glance, but are all related. Through this program, you will begin to solve your medical mysteries, equipped with evidence-based strategies to alleviate inflammation and restore balance in your hypermobile body.

Who is this program for?

– Anyone who is struggling with knowing they are hypermobile and where to direct their efforts, especially those in the first five years of investigation

– those frustrated with doctors appointments that get them nowhere

– those who feel worse with physical therapy

– those chasing symptoms, and who can't tell what is setting off flares

– those who are exhausted and dizzy, and can't make to an appointment but need guidance

SAY NO MORE, I'M IN

Why is Hope for Hypermobility different?

I created a program that's applicable to our bendy bodies with enough science and research alongside heaps of positive real life pain reduction options and examples. It's on your own time and includes access to me to ask your questions.

You’ve never talked to a medical detective before! There is access to me immediately and at a lower price point than my one-on-one clients.

You can avoid co-pays for yet another unproductive clinic visit with the provider who doesn't believe you or has no helpful knowledge.

This is the most cost-effective and fastest way to see me. Every month we will be in community, just us bendy folks, solving mysteries, sharing ah-hahs and getting immense real-life validation.

Rebecca Mass-Krajewski is a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Detective, delving deep into the intricate labyrinth of Hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos, POTS, MCAS and the related disorders. Her journey stems from her personal experience being lost without any professional guidance during her health odyssey, leading her to become a beacon of understanding in the realm of medical mysteries. As a "professional patient" navigating the complexities of Hypermobile EDS, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia, and Ankylosing Spondylitis, Rebecca's narrative is one of resilience and relentless pursuit of clarity.

In her role as a Medical Detective, she expertly pieces together the fragmented puzzle of medical information, revealing the true landscape of health. Her mission extends beyond mere diagnosis; it's about dismantling barriers to quality care, fostering transformative healing, and alleviating the burdens of chronic pain and fatigue. Rebecca firmly believes that the journey to wellness need not be solitary, especially for those grappling with the intricacies of hypermobility and related disorders.

She is driven by a profound empathy for those navigating the labyrinth of rare disorders, confronting feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt, and decision fatigue. With her unique total body framework, she embarks on a journey back to the origins, unraveling the tapestry of a patient's life history to unearth the root causes inhibiting healing. Through her work, she empowers patients to reclaim their voices, fostering open dialogue with healthcare providers and advocating for their own well-being at every turn.

In the realm of medical care, where confusion often reigns supreme, Rebecca stands as a guiding light, offering clarity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to the journey of healing.

In her time outside of the clinic, you’ll find her in a hammock, by the water's edge, or nestled under a pile of fluffy blankets on the couch. Decades later, she continues to learn how to rest instead of pushing through. Listening to the signals from a complex body is a lifelong process.
